Rebuilding a technology culture from constant mistakes to high quality

The culture in many companies (not just technology) is to blame an employee for mistakes, not doing a good enough job, being sloppy, being slower than expected, etc. However this is kind of culture is hugely demotivating to anyone to improve, and often comes across as a personal character attack.

I’ve created a video on how to pivot and transition to a culture where there is ZERO blaming, and build a culture where everyone works together to improve the quality and speed of work completed.
